IMPORTANT: When you delete your account, this is permanent and we cannot restore the data for you. Deleting an account will cancel your subscription, disconnect all connected email accounts, delete all invited team members and all associated data will be lost.
To delete your account and cancel your active subscription (if you have one) navigate to the Settings shown below:
Select the 'Billing Information' tab shown below:
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Delete Account & Cancel Subscription' shown below:
In the pop-up box that appears, type 'DELETE' in upper-case and click 'Delete Account'.
Remember: This cannot be undone and is a permanent action.
