The intercom messenger is the floating yellow chat box you see in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
Use this to initiate a customer support request from our team. All requests handled through Intercom are handled as quickly as possible, but please be patient with our team as we have a lot of requests in each day.
Please note - Our team is available via the Intercom messenger Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00, any messages outside of this time will be viewed and responded to during our business hours so make sure to leave an email address that we can get back to you on.
