Important
Each Workspace has it's own individual settings, turning on email notifications for one workspace does not turn it on for all workspaces. If you have more than one workspace you should follow the steps below for each workspace you want to receive notifications from.
Notification settings are different for each individual team member. Turning this on for yourself will not turn this on for your team members or clients, they will need to follow these steps themselves.
This is how to turn on email notifications when a Mailbox disconnects from HotHawk:
First, you'll need to navigate to Settings shown below:
Next you'll want to toggle 'On' the 'When a mailbox disconnects from HotHawk' by default, this is ON for all accounts:
You'll now receive a new email when a Mailbox disconnects from HotHawk.
