Different workspaces and different mailboxes

Each workspace acts as a totally independent version of HotHawk. This means that each workspace must have it's own mailboxes connected to it.

You cannot connect a mailbox to more than one workspace, once it has been connected to our application in one workspace it cannot be added a second time.

Each workspace has it's own Inbox, Opportunities board and also Settings and Team Members. Anything you do in one workspace does not copy over to other workspaces.

We cannot transfer data from one workspace to another, you must do this manually.
