Important
If you are a business user, using cold email to grow your own business then you will only ever need 1 workspace. Workspaces are designed for marketing and sales (lead generation) agencies to manage multiple different clients.
To create multiple workspaces, you must select the Workspaces dropdown in the top right hand corner of your screen, shown below:
Next, select 'Add Workspace' shown below:
Finally, you'll need to give the workspace a Name and select a currency for the CRM/Opportunities board, shown below:
