When we set out to build the best Master Inbox solution on the market, we knew that deliverability had to be our main focus. Why would anyone use us if we couldn't guarantee 100% that using our tool would not affect deliverability? That's what we thought!
So we knew that in order to gain industry trust, we needed to get fully verified with Google and Microsoft.
But why?

Well, Google and Microsoft are massive, dominant players in the business email space and if you are running cold email campaigns, you are engaging with them on a daily basis. We wanted to make sure that these two companies did not see HotHawk as a potential spam facilitator and trusted our business.
Many leading companies in the cold email space are unable to become verified partners of Microsoft or Google as they have the features and functionality to facilitate 'potential' spam (meaning automatically sending emails at high volumes) however, HotHawk does not have that functionality.
We are simply a CRM and Master Inbox (unibox).
Both Google and Microsoft have reviewed our application (and even created an account in Google's case) to test what we do and how we work. Following this, they were happy with everything and gave us full verified status as they trust our company and have no concerns over the operations of our business.
This all means that the two dominant companies in our market, do not look at accounts connected to our system and mark them as potential spam, because we are not in that category.
